2010-11 (AtMontana): Played in 32 of Montana’s 33 games in the2010-11 season, including all three Big Sky Conference Tournamentgames, which were all victories for the Lady Griz, as they won thetitle and advanced to the NCAA Tournament for the 24th time inprogram history ... Averaged 14.6 minutes per game as a freshman atUM, and contributed 3.4 points per game on a .343 shootingpercentage ... Knocked down 11 three-pointers and had 29 assists inher rookie season ... Coincidentally, Nelson registered herseason-high scoring mark of 14 points against Eastern Washington onFeb. 26 in Missoula ... And then when the Lady Griz came to Cheneylater in the season, Nelson played a season-high 34 minutes and hada season-high three rebounds ... She started six of the first ninegames of the 2010-11 season.

High School:Graduated from Butte High School as the all-time leading scorer inBulldogs history ... Was named the 2010 Montana Gatorade Player ofthe Year and the 2010 Miss Basketball Montana ... She was a 2010McDonalds All-American Nominee ... She was a four-time Class AAAll-State selection, and four-time All-Conference honoree ... Sheled the Bulldogs to back-to-back runner-up finishes in Class AAMontana State Championships in 2009 and 2010 ... Was thevaledictorian of her graduating class, and a member of the NationalHonor Society and Science National Honors Society.
