2024 (Sophomore)
  • Fall Big Sky All-Academic Team.
  • Played in all 12 games while starting 10 this season.
  • Recorded 24 total tackles, including 2.5 tackles for loss and a sack.
  • Had a career-high five tackles including 1.5 tackles for loss and a sack at Southeastern Louisiana (9/14/24).
  • Had four games with three or more tackles this season.
2023 (Freshman) 
  • Played in two games
  • Made his collegiate debut vs. Idaho.
  • Recorded his first career tackle vs Cal Poly, he had two tackles in the game (11/4/23).
Best on Jackson: "Tylin is a multi-sport athlete. With his mix of length and athleticism, we look at him as a defensive end. Tylin has a high ceiling, and he will only get better from the time he walks onto campus. He is still learning parts of the game, but we are excited to see where his progression goes. He wants to win and learned how in high school."
