High School/Club
Grace is the latest Klinkenberg to join the Eastern Washington soccer team, as her twin sisters, Abby and Lexi have been with the program for the past two seasons. She is a four-year letter winner in soccer at Kentridge High School.

Klinkenberg joins the Eagles after a standout career at Kentridge, where she earned second-team all-state honors as a senior. Primarily a defender, she scored 14 goals during her prep career. She was a two-time South Puget Sound first team selection and was named to the North Puget Sound League first team as a senior. Klinkenberg was named KHS's Defensive Player of the Year in each of her final three seasons with the school, and was twice named to the Seattle Times Top Players to Watch list. She played club for Pacific Northwest, and helped her squad earn a runner-up finish at the 2016 Washington State Championships.

Bodnar Bites: Grace is an incredibly talented and athletic player who can really help us in the midfield or in the back. Her size and passing ability will allow her to compete for playing time right away.

Personal
Grace is the daughter of Paul and Marci Klinkenberg, and she plans to major in nursing at Eastern Washington. Played one season with her older twin sisters, Lexi and Abby Klinkenberg.
