2012: Appeared in12 matches in her third year at Eastern, recording 11 starts… Totaled 1,018 minutes between the pipes, playing ninecomplete games … Ranked eighth in the Big Sky with 66 saveswhile her 5.50 saves per game average was good for fifth in theleague … Finished the season with a 4-5-2 mark, notchingthree shutouts, all of which came in conference play …Earned her first win of the season against Boise State (Sept. 9),registering six saves as the Eagles won, 3-1 … Tallied threesaves in EWU’s 2-1 victory over Hawai’i (Sept. 16)… Went for seven saves in Eastern’s 4-1 victory NorthDakota (Oct. 5) … Notched a season-best 11 saves whileshutting out Northern Colorado (Oct. 7) … Played all 90minutes and recorded eight saves versus Montana (Oct. 12) …Tallied back-to-back shutouts in road matches at Northern Arizona(Oct. 19) and Southern Utah (Oct. 21), and earned her fourth win ofthe year against SUU … Concluded her campaign with anine-save outing at Gonzaga (Nov. 4).
2011: Selected tothe Honorable Mention All-Big Sky Team, and was twice honored asthe Big Sky Conference Defensive Player of the Week during theseason … Earned the first weekly honor after corralling ninesaves against Idaho. The Vandals scored only one goal in thatcontest on 24 total shots … Her second weekly accolade cameafter she posted a career-high 12 saves in Eastern’s 3-0shutout at Weber State (Oct. 15) … As the startinggoalkeeper, played in 15 of 16 contests, totaling 1,067 minutes… Collected 80 saves with an 81.6 save percentage …Ranked second in the league in saves per game.
2010: Was thestarting goalkeeper for Eastern in 11 of 17 contests, and played atleast 45 minutes in every outing of the 2010 campaign … Wasnamed the Big Sky Defensive Player of the Week on Oct. 19 afterhelping EWU to back-to-back victories against Idaho State (Oct. 15)and Weber State (Oct. 17). She had 15 saves in the two gamescombined and finished the weekend with impressive .938 savepercentage … She earned her first-career shutout againstISU, which was quite a feat, as the Bengals fired off 22 totalshots in the contest … Had two games with double-digitsaves, and finished the year with 95 total, which was the most forall keepers in the Big Sky … She was selected as herteam’s Most Improved Player following the season.
2009: Earned hervarsity letter with 11 appearances between the pipes …Played 503 total minutes, tallying 31 saves … Turned in herstrongest performance of the season in Eastern’sdouble-overtime loss to UTEP (Sept. 3), where she came up withseven stops in 106 minutes in goal … Finished her freshmanseason with a .705 save percentage.
High School:Earned All-South Puget Sound League First Team accolades in 2007and 2008 as the goalkeeper for Graham Kapowsin High School …In addition to being named Most Valuable Player of her team inthose two seasons, she also did so for the lacrosse team in 2006and 2007 … Walker was named the GKHS Academic Athlete of theYear in 2006 and 2009.
