2019 | Junior
First-Team All-Big Sky Forward… Led the Eagles in both points (16) and goals (7) all season while tallying two assists… Ranked tied for eighth for most goals scored in a single season… Appeared in 20 games… Took 61 shots, 27 on goal, for a shots on goal percentage of .443… Recorded 1,534 minutes on the pitch and ranked at the top of the conference all season in both shots (51) and shots on goal (23)… Scored a game-winning goal in overtime during season-opener at Nevada (8/22/19) and the equalizing goal against Colorado State (9/1/19)… Ranked first on the team with seven goals and two assists.
2018 | Sophomore
Appeared in all 19 games… Took 16 shots, eight on goal, for a shots on goal percentage of .500, averaging .84 shots per game. She recorded 846 minutes on the pitch for the Eagles.
2017 | Freshman
Appeared in 13 games during her first year in an Eagle uniform… Took nine shots, three on goal, for a shots on goal percentage of .333, averaging 0.69 shots per game… EWU went 9-4 in the games she played in.
 Prior to Eastern Washington
Keister comes to Eastern Washington having two sports during her prep career. The midfielder played her freshman season at Lakes High School, but transferred to Curtis High School to play her sophomore and junior campaigns before returning to Lakes.
Keister posted 27 goals and 18 assists in her prep career, which is good for 72 career points. She was named to the 3A South Puget Sound League second team as a freshman, then went on to earn 4A first-team all-area honors during her sophomore season at Curtis. She followed that up with a 4A second-team all-area selection in her final season at CHS, before transferring back to Lakes, where she would be named as the SPSL 3A Best Athlete as a senior. During her junior season, she was named the WIAA Player of the Week after scoring a hat trick against Gig Harbor. She also played club ball for Crossfire ECNL.
Bodnar Bites
Sariah is a quick technical player with a ton of versatility in terms of where she can play on the field. Her pace and work rate will add depth in multiple spots for our program.
Personal
Sariah is the daughter of Kay and Angie Keister, and she plans to major in Physical Therapy at Eastern.
