2020-21 Track & Field: Outdoor: Named to the Big Sky All-Academic team. Competed in the 100 meters at the Whitworth H.I.R. Invite where she ran a personal best of 13.42. She also had a season best in the 200 meters with a time 28.99.

2019-20 Track & Field: Indoor: Her only meet was the Candy Cane XII and she placed eighth in the 55 meters with a time of 7.98 after having a 7.89 clocking in the preliminaries

2018-19 Track & Field: Outdoor: Was named to the Big Sky All-Academic team. During the Spokane Memorial 2019, Rowe competed in the 100 meters and placed eighth with a new best time of 13.44. At the same event, Rowe competed in the 200 meters and placed seventh with a new personal best of 27.51. Raines competed in the 100 at the Al Manuel Northwest Challenge and placed third with a time of 13.45.
Indoor: Named to the Big Sky All-Academic team. At the D1 Invitational Team Challenge, Rowe competed in the 60-meter race and placed 14^th with a new best time of 8.39. During the same event, Rowe competed in the 200 and finished 13^th with a new best time of 27.93. Rowe placed fifth in the 55 meters at the Candy Cane XI with a new personal best of 7.56.

High School: Graduated from Toledo HS in 2018. Rowe was a three-year letterwinner in track and field for Toledo. As a senior, Rowe ran a personal-best time of 27.27 in the 200 meters at the 2B District 4 Championships. That helped her advance to the State 2B Championships at EWU’s Roos Field where she finished eighth with a time of 28.33. She was also a part of the 4x100 Relay team which placed sixth in the State. During the 2B League Championships, Rowe ran a personal-best time of 13.50 in the 100 meters to finish second. She also competed in the 400 meters in high school and set a personal best time of 1:07.2 during a league meet her senior year.

Personal: Majoring in exercise science.
