2022-2023 Track & Field: Indoor: Represented EWU at the 2023 Big Sky Indoor Track & Field Championships where she finished third in the pole vault with a height of 13-2 1/4.

2021-2022 Track & Field: Outdoor: Represented EWU at the Big Sky Conference Outdoor Track and Field Championships where she set a personal best in the pole vault, placing third with a height of 12-10 3/4.

2020-21 Track & Field: Outdoor: Named to the Big Sky All-Academic team. Advanced to the Big Sky Conference Championships where she competed in the pole vault and finished 10th overall with a height of 11-11 1/4. She also had a personal best in the 200 meters at the Oregon State PNW Team Clash with a time 28.17.

2019-20 Track & Field: Indoor: Named to the Big Sky All-Academic team. She finished sixth at the Big Sky Conference Championships in Pocatello, Idaho, as part of a 2-3-4-6 EWU finish in the pole vault with a mark of 11-10 3/4.

2018-19 Track & Field: Outdoor: Named to the Big Sky All-Academic team. During the Oregon State High Performance Meet, Ruff placed sixth in the pole vault with a new personal best of 12-1 ½. At the WAR 12, Ruff placed fifth in the pole vault with a height of 10-10. She finished third in the pole vault with a height of 11-3 ¾ at the Al Manuel Northwest Challenge.  
Indoor: Named to the Big Sky All-Academic team. Ruff placed 12th in the pole vault at the Big Sky Track & Field Championships with a new best of 11-5. She placed third in the pole vault with a height of 11-3 ¾ at the D1 Invitational Team Challenge. Ruff finished fourth in the pole vault at the Candy Cane XI with a height of 11-3 ¾.

High School: Graduated from Walla Walla HS in 2018. Ruff advanced to the State 4A Championships in the pole vault her senior and junior years. As a senior, she finished fifth by clearing a height of 11-0, and as a junior she finished 13th with a mark of 10-6. Her personal best of 11-6 in the pole vault came during her senior year a Mid-Columbia Conference meet where she finished first.

Personal: Majoring in mechanical engineering.
