2020-21 Track & Field: Outdoor: Named to the Big Sky All-Academic team. Did not compete.

2019-20 Track & Field: Indoor: Named to the Big Sky All-Academic team. Nelson finished with 3,149 points to rank 13th all-time at EWU in finishing 12th in the heptathlon at the Big Sky Conference Championships in Pocatello, Idaho. Her career best in the shot put of 40-0 3/4 came at the Idaho Team Challenge.

2018-19 Track & Field: Outdoor: Named to the Big Sky All-Academic team. At the Pelluer Open, Nelson took first in the heptathlon with a score of 4,498, a new best that ranks seventh on Eastern’s all-time outdoor best list. Nelson also took first in the javelin at the WAR 12 with a new personal best of 150-7. She placed fifth in the shot put with a new personal best of 39-8 1/2 at the 2019 Buc Scoring Meet.
Indoor: Named to the Big Sky All-Academic team. Nelson placed 15th in the pentathlon at the Big Sky Track & Field Championships with a new best score of 3,137. She competed in the long jump at the D1 Invitational Team Challenge and placed eighth with a new personal-best distance of 17-4. Nelson competed in the shot put at the WSU Track & Field Meet and placed eighth with a new best of 40-1/2.

Personal: Majoring in recreation and tourism management and pursuing a master's degree in physical education.
