2017-2018 Track and FIeld: Outdoor: Placed ninth in the hammer and tenth in the shot at the Buc Scoring Meet. Set a personal best in the hammer with a throw of 129-1 placing her 17th overall at the WAR XI. At the Pelluer Invitational she placed eighth in the shot and tenth in the hammer. Placed 19th in the shot and 22nd in the hammer at the OSU High Performance Meet. Set a personal best in the shot with a throw of 35-3 placing her sixth overall at the Tom Gage Classic. Indoor: Placed seventh in the shot at the Candy Cane. At the Vandal Indoor Invitational she placed 11th in the shot with a throw of 34-4.
2016-17: Redshirt.
High School: During her time in high school, Jones earned three track varsity letters and made earned a spot in the top eight at state three times. Her personal best in the shot put was 39-10 3/4 while her best in the discus was 105-6.
Personal: Daughter of Brett and Katie Jones ... Intends to major in pre-veterinary.
