2012: Played in 20of Eastern’s 31 matches as a freshman, seeing time in 41total sets … Finished fifth on the team with 33 blocks,assisting on 29 stops while added four solo blocks … Hersingle-game high of 10 total blocks against Sacramento State (Oct.22) ranked fifth in the Big Sky … Racked up 34 kills and 13digs … Recorded two kills, two digs, a service ace and apair of solo blocks against South Dakota State (Sept. 1) …Hit .200 (3-2-5) against Syracuse (Sept. 7), and added a pair ofblocks … Had 11 total attacks and three block assistsagainst Northern Arizona (Sept. 28) before hitting a perfecttwo-for-two against Northern Colorado (Oct. 5) … Assisted onfour blocks and added a solo stop versus Portland State (Oct. 18)… Exploded for eight kills on 14 swings, and added 10 blockassists, in the Eagles’ first win of the season, a 3-0 sweepof Sacramento State (Oct. 22) … Hit .273 (4-1-11) with threeblock assists in EWU’s sweep of Montana (Oct. 25) …Recorded three kills on five swings against Montana State (Oct. 27)and went for two kills on four attempts versus Northern Colorado(Nov. 8) … Finished the season with six kills on 16 swingsagainst Weber State (Nov. 17) … Earned Big Sky All-Academichonors.

High School:Three-year varsity letterwinner at Gunn High School in Palo Alto,Calif., and served as team captain in 2011 season … Led herteam in blocking as a junior and senior … Helped the Titansadvance to the Division I Central Coast sectionals forthree-straight years … In 2010, Doerpinghaus helped leadGunn to a 28-7 overall record and a perfect 12-0 mark in the SantaClara Valley League … She was named to the All-SCVAL FirstTeam that year … Played two years of club for VisionVolleyball.
