Played in 18 sets and made one start before being sidelined with a season-ending injury… Totaled 12 kills on the year with a career-high five against Portland State on Oct. 4… Set a career-best four digs at Weber State (Sept. 29) and had nine on the year… Had at least one block in three matches… Tallied one assist against Akron (Aug. 25).

Prior to Eastern Washington:
Buddy is a 6-0 outside hitter that hails from Reno, Nev. She was the first freshman in 20 years to make the varsity squad at Reno High School. That season, she earned a starting position and was a 'Freshman 50' Nominee. She also earned All-High Desert League Honorable Mention.  After being named team captain as a sophomore, she earned All-High Desert League Second Team honors and attended the USA Volleyball A3 Training Program.
 
As a junior, she was the Reno Gazette Journal All-USA 'Athlete of the Week' for six consecutive weeks. After being named the High Desert League Player of the Year, Buddy led her team to a regional championship and a runner-up finish at the State Championship, earning a spot on the First-Team All-State squad. She was also tabbed the Reno Gazette Journal Player of the Year and was named First All-Northern Nevada Team.
 
She was named team captain for the third-straight season as a senior and was the RGJ All-USA Performer of the week.
 
The daughter of George and Jean Buddy, she plans on majoring in psychology.
