"Today was a collective result on the road from our group. We figured some things out and learned to battle a bit. We are proud of our group as we continue to grow and start figuring things out," said head coach Chad Bodnar.

Returning to the second half, the Eagles wasted no time in trying for another goal as Raniere took the first shot of the second half but the ball sailed wide.

Lyons attempted another shot for the Eagles off of the sixth corner kick of the match right from the foot of Vanderhyden but her shot went wide.
