CHENEY, Wash.-- The Eastern Washington University women's tennis team hosted the University of Wyoming today (Feb. 17) to a loss of 7-0. After today's defeat against the Cowgirls, the Eagles are now 3-4 on their 2019 season.
"We were scrappy today and we fought with good desire and effort. Wyoming played a great match," said head coach
Dustin Hinson. "We are dealing with some tough illnesses and injuries right now and that always makes things more difficult. Adversity will just make us stronger. The main focus this week is just getting healthy. We have another conference match coming up next weekend and we want to be full strength by then."
