Numerica Credit Union, the official credit union of Eastern Washington University athletics, will be hosting an expanded RedZone tailgate ahead of the nationally televised EWU football match-up against University of Montana, which takes place on Saturday, Oct. 2, at Roos Field in Cheney, Wash. Kickoff is at 7:30 p.m. Pacific time on ESPN2. 

The Numerica Credit Union RedZone will open at 4:30 p.m. featuring a live DJ, free food, drinks, tailgate games and the first ever Redzone Tailgate Cornhole Tournament up until 7:15 p.m. Custom EWU swag will be available for fans in the Numerica Credit Union promotional tent.

The Numerica Credit Union RedZone Tailgate takes place just off Washington Street in lot P9 behind the visiting team seating on the East side of Roos Field.

The RedZone Cornhole Tournament will start at 5 p.m. where teams of two will compete for prizes and the title of "RedZone Tailgate Cornhole Champion" ahead of the rivalry match-up. Eagle fans can sign up by emailing Josie Walser (josie.walser@eaglessportsproperties.com) to compete in the cornhole tournament, with limited registration available on gameday until 11 a.m.

Numerica Credit Union RedZone Tailgate ties their work with the Touchdowns for A Cause campaign which helps generate funds each season for local area nonprofits. Over the length of the partnership, Numerica Credit Union has donated over $10,000 to local area nonprofits through donations for each home touchdown scored by the Eagle football team.
