As the postseason awards continue to roll in for the Eastern Washington University football team, quarterback Eric Barriere, wide receiver Talolo Limu-Jones and offensive lineman Tristen Taylor have been named to the Phil Steele FCS All-America team. Additionally, 11 other Eagles earned All-Big Sky honors from Phil Steele Magazine and draftscout.com.
 
Barriere and Limu-Jones each earned spots on the second team, while Taylor landed on the third. Phil Steele also released an FCS All-Big Sky team, and the trio found themselves on the first team offense. Barriere, the newly minted 2021 Walter Payton Award winner, was named the Phil Steele Big Sky Offensive Player of the Year.
 
Eleven other Eagles also join the three on the FCS All-Big Sky team. Also representing Eastern Washington on the offense team are running back Dennis Merritt and wide receiver Andrew Boston on the second team, wide receiver Efton Chism III and Freddie Roberson plus offensive lineman Wyatt Musser are on the third team, and center Connor Crist rounds things out on the fourth team.
 
On the defensive side, defensive back Calin Criner is on the third team, and four Eagles in Joshua Jerome, Mitchell Johnson, Ty Graham and Jack Sendelbach are on the fourth team.
