Introducing Mobile Ticketing

EAG Nation!

Mobile ticketing is a quick, safe, and convenient alternative to traditional tickets. You can access your tickets at any time by: 
  • Logging into your account through GoEags.com
  • Accessing the email with a link to your ticket(s)
Tickets must be downloaded to your device's wallet, or printed as a PDF. 

Parking passes and tail gate passes will be mailed out prior to the first game.

1. Email Ticket Delivery
  • All EWU football tickets will be sent via email mobile delivery this season. Please ensure the EWU Athletics Ticket Office has an up to date email address on file.

  • Once the game is selected, you will be prompted to add the ticket to your device's wallet, or download as a PDF

2. THE MOBILE WALLET
Mobile tickets are specifically designed for smartphones and sent either by a text message or email directly to you as a link that you can download to your Apple Wallet or Google Pay.
  1. Download to the wallet
    1. Order game tickets online at GoEags.com 
    2. Choose MOBILE as your preferred delivery method

    3. Tap on the link to Download Tickets to Wallet to save your ticket(s) to Apple Wallet or Google Pay.
    4. Use your smartphone as your ticket!
  2. Mobile Wallet FAQs 
    1. WHAT SOFTWARE OR HARDWARE DO I NEED? If you have an iPhone or an Apple Watch: use the Apple Wallet app, which comes pre-installed and works with iPhone or Apple Watch devices running iOS 6 or later.
      If you have a smartphone running an Android operating system: use the Google Pay app, which comes pre-installed.
    2. I DELETED THE TICKET DELIVERY EMAIL BEFORE DOWNLOADING THE TICKET(S) TO MY DIGITAL WALLET… HOW CAN I STILL GET THEM?
      If you have an account and your smartphone, not to worry. Sign in to your account, navigate to My Tickets choose the event, and download your mobile tickets from there.
    3. HOW DO I USE MY MOBILE WALLET TO ENTER THE VENUE?
      Once you have saved your mobile tickets to your Apple Wallet or Google Pay, open your app and tap on the ticket so it displays on your smartphone. And then, [if using Barcode] Hold your smartphone up to the scanner so the barcode is visible, and scan the barcode. [if using Contactless/NFC] Hold the smartphone so that the back is close to the scanner like you are tapping your phone to the scanner.
    4. TRANSFER TICKETS
      Transferring unused tickets to another fan is easier than ever. Eliminate the need to meet face-to-face or stand in will call lines before the event to drop off or pick up extra tickets. Simply access your account online and transfer your ticket to a friend. The recipient is sent a text message notifying them of the transfer and instantly receives the tickets. Your tickets may never have to go unused again! It really is that easy!
  3. Download Tickets to Mobile Wallet
    Sign in to your account from your smartphone and download tickets to your smartphone’s wallet for safekeeping, easy retrieval, and quick entry at the event!

    6. Tap on the button: “Add to Apple Wallet” or “Save to G Pay”
    7. Tap ADD when presented with your ticket

    9. Go to your Wallet and your ticket should be there!
    10. You can always access your ticket via your account on the mobile browser, but we encourage you to use your mobile wallet and download your ticket in advance to save you time.
  4. How to Transfer Tickets + Accept Transfer Tickets
    1. Sending tickets is easy.

    5. Log in to your account from your smartphone
    6. On the first page, scroll down to the bottom to find the TRANSFER button
    7. Select the events and tickets you want to transfer, then fill in the mobile phone number of the recipient
    8. Tap CONFIRM and your tickets will be sent via text message!
    9. You can transfer multiple tickets from multiple events, transfer to multiple people, all with the same easy process.
  5. Accepting Tickets
    1. When someone sends a ticket transfer, you’ll receive a text message letting you know you have a pending transfer.

      If you already have an account, accept the transfer and you will be prompted to log in to retrieve the tickets.
    3. Tap on the link from your text message
    4. Tap ACCEPT TRANSFERnote that there is an expiration date to the transfer
    5. Log in to your account
    6. And you are done! Your new tickets are listed in your account and can be downloaded to your mobile wallet
    7. If you do not have an account, you will be prompted to create one in order to complete the transfer and access your tickets.
  6. Transfer Tickets FAQs
    1. CAN I SEND TICKETS TO SOMEONE WHO DOESN’T HAVE AN ACCOUNT?
      Yes, you can. With the text message they receive, they will be prompted to create an account if they don’t already have one. The recipient supplies first name, last name, phone number, email address, and chooses a password to create an account. They must have an account to complete and accept the ticket transfer.
    2. WHEN CAN I TRANSFER A TICKET?
      Ticket holders can transfer a ticket before the scheduled start of the event. The entire transfer (offer and acceptance) must be completed by [insert transfer deadline], otherwise, the transfer expires.
    3. CAN I TRANSFER A TICKET MORE THAN ONCE?
      A ticket can be transferred up to [x times] and [x hours] before the start of the event. Once it is transferred it will be in the new user’s account and they will have the ability to transfer it if needed. A transfer can be canceled prior to it being completed and accepted by the recipient.
    4. CAN I CANCEL A TICKET TRANSFER?
      Yes, if the transfer has not yet been accepted by the recipient. You can do this when you are logged into your account.
    5. IS THERE A COST TO TRANSFER TICKETS?
      There is no fee to transfer tickets (or receive) tickets from your account.
    6. CAN I SHOW THE CONFIRMATION EMAIL/TEXT MESSAGE OF THE TRANSFERRED TICKET TO GET IN?
      No. The confirmation text message or email does NOT act as a ticket. You will need to access an actual mobile ticket by clicking on the link in the text message or email you receive and then log in to your account, or if you do not have an account you will need to create one. Once you have an account, log in to Goeags.com to access the mobile ticket and add it to your smartphone wallet.
  7. How to View Order History
    1. You can view all of your previously purchased events/tickets directly from your online account.

    2. Log in to your account
    3. Go to View Account & Settings and then My Tickets in the site navigation and tap on Order History
    4. By default, events purchased using your account will be listed in chronological order and grouped by season (2019 Football, 2018 Women’s Basketball, etc.)
    5. You can sort by:
      1. Exchanges
      2. Item Packages
      3. Online Transfers
      4. Renewals
      5. Returns
      6. Order Date
      7. Event Date
    6. Click a purchased item to view:

  8. How to Access Donation Features
    1. Log in to your account
    2. Go to View Account & Settings and then My Giving

      1. To make a new gift/donation, tap Make a New Gift. From the new donation page, you’ll be able to select a fund, enter the amount you wish to donate, and process the pledge or payment
      2. To manage your outstanding pledges or renew your previous year’s pledge, tap Manage My Giving. From here, you’ll be able to make payments toward outstanding pledges. You’ll also be able to renew the previous year’s pledge(s) if available
      3. To view your donation/giving history, tap History of Giving. From here, you’ll be able to view previous year’s pledges and donations
      4. To view payment schedules that you have previously set up for outstanding pledges, tap Payment Schedules. From here, you can view all of your scheduled payments, make payments toward a pledge, and edit the credit card associated with the payment schedule
         

4. CONTACTLESS MOBILE TICKETS (TAP & GO ENTRY)
Entering the venue is now easier than ever with contactless mobile tickets. Simply “Tap & Go” to enter games with your smartphone.
  1. How to Use Contactless Mobile Ticketing
    1. ADD to your mobile wallet:
    2. Add your mobile ticket to your Apple or Google Pay wallet by tapping the link you received via email or text message. Next, tap on G PAY - SAVE TO PHONE or ADD TO APPLE WALLET. Do this as soon as possible to receive important game updates like changes to start time or venue.
    3. ACCESS your ticket:
    4. As you approach the entrance, open your Apple or Google Pay wallet and select the ticket. Some iPhones will notify you to access your ticket. In that case, tap on the notification to pull up your ticket.
    5. PRESENT and go
      1. At the gate, present your ticket to the attendant by holding your smartphone close to the scanner. If you have multiple tickets for the event, swipe left or right to view each ticket.
  2. iPhone: How to Use Contactless Mobile Marketing
    1. You’ll receive an email and/or a text message. Using your smartphone, open the email and tap on the link to access the tickets.
    2. On the ticket access page, tap the ADD TO APPLE WALLET link to open Apple Wallet and tap NEXT in the upper right-hand corner.

    4. Choose Add upper right-hand corner to add the ticket(s) to your wallet.

    6. Ready To Scan! You’ll see the ticket(s) when you open your wallet. After a ticket has been added to your wallet, it will be available on your Apple watch (must be iCloud connected to your iPhone).
  3. Android: How to Use Contactless Mobile Ticketing
    1. You’ll receive an email and/or a text message. Using your smartphone, open the email and tap on the link to access the tickets.
    2. On the ticket access page, tap the GPAY SAVE TO PHONE link to open Google Pay app and tap the SAVE button to add the ticket(s) to Google Pay Wallet. NOTE: If you don’t have the Google Pay App installed on your smartphone, you’ll be prompted to install it when attempting to save your ticket(s) to Google Pay.
    3. You’ll see the ticket(s) when you tap the VIEW IN APP button.

  4. Contactless Mobile Ticketing FAQs
    1. WHAT ARE CONTACTLESS MOBILE TICKETS?
      1. Contactless mobile tickets are tickets that you add to your Apple Wallet or Google Pay app. They are similar to traditional event tickets but are easier to use and more secure. Mobile Tickets communicate with a scanner wirelessly by holding your smartphone close to a ticket scanner similar to how your smartphone makes an Apple or Google Pay payment
    2. HOW DO CONTACTLESS MOBILE TICKETS WORK?
      1. You will receive one email with one link per event.  All tickets for the same event will be in one link. (For example, if you purchased four tickets, all four tickets will be in one link.)
    3. WHAT ARE THE ADVANTAGES OF CONTACTLESS MOBILE TICKETS? 
      1. Mobile Tickets are convenient to use. You can add the ticket to your Apple Wallet or Google Pay app on your smartphone and easily access it when you arrive at the Stadium. iPhone users will see a lock screen notification, ‘tap’ the notification, and present your ticket.
    4. ARE CONTACTLESS MOBILE TICKETS THE SAME AS A PRINTED TICKET? 
      1. Each mobile ticket should be treated like any other valid ticket. Mobile tickets are individually scanned allowing one scan per entry. Any attempts to duplicate, alter, or sell copies of the mobile tickets may result in being refused admission to the event. This provides heightened security by Identifying counterfeit and stolen tickets.
    5. HOW DO I GET CONTACTLESS MOBILE TICKETS? 
      1. Mobile Tickets are emailed or sent by text to you. You can also access your tickets by logging in to your account. If you are using an Android smartphone, Google Pay must be your default wallet. If NFC is disabled on your smartphone, you will need to check your settings for your specific device to enable it.
    6. HOW DO I USE CONTACTLESS MOBILE TICKETS? 
      1. Using your Mobile Tickets on your smartphone is as simple as setting up Apple Pay or Google Pay on your smartphone. Once complete, add Mobile Tickets to your wallet. Tap the link to add your tickets to your mobile wallet as soon as you receive the email or text to be alerted to changes in the venue or start of event time.
    7. WHY HAVE I NOT I RECEIVED MY CONTACTLESS MOBILE TICKETS?
      1. Your tickets should also be delivered via a link in an email. If your email has not arrived, please contact the ticket office.   
    8. Important Reminders
      1. Check your junk mail folder.
      2. Make sure that your spam guard and junk mail settings allow you to receive emails with attachments.
      3. Be sure to add our email address, to your list of trusted email addresses.
      4. Please set your email to accept attachments.
      5. Please allow at least one hour for your emails to arrive.
      6. Alternatively, your tickets also show up in your account within a few minutes. Log into your account, access your tickets there, and add them into your mobile wallet.
      7. Make sure you have used the correct email address.
    9. ***We recommend that you transfer tickets to other members of your party so each individual holds a ticket***
      ***The ticket that is sent to you is a valid ticket. Make sure you protect it like you would any other ticket. Each ticket contains a unique barcode that is scanned at the event***
      ***If any copies are made of the ticket, only the first scan of the barcode will be allowed entry. If a unique barcode has already been scanned, the attendant will be alerted and entry will not be permitted. ***


 
. GENERAL FAQs
 
I’M ALREADY AT THE VENUE, BUT I FORGOT MY PAPER TICKET AT HOME… HOW CAN I STILL GET IN?
If you have an account and your smartphone, no worries. Log in to your account, navigate to “My Tickets,” choose the event, and download your ticket/pass from there.

ARE MOBILE TICKETS THE SAME AS A PRINTED TICKET?
Each mobile ticket should be treated like any other valid ticket. Mobile tickets are individually scanned allowing one scan per entry. Any attempts to duplicate, alter, or sell copies of the mobile tickets may result in being refused admission to the event. This provides heightened security by Identifying counterfeit and stolen tickets.
 
CAN I DOWNLOAD A MOBILE/DIGITAL TICKET TO A DESKTOP COMPUTER AND PRINT IT?
No.
A mobile ticket barcode cannot be transferred to paper. Any barcodes transferred to paper will not be acceptable for entrance into our venues.
A contactless ticket cannot be transferred to paper. It must be on your smartphone’s digital wallet in order to work and gain entry to the venue.
 
CAN I TAKE A SCREENSHOT OF MY MOBILE/DIGITAL TICKET AND TEXT/EMAIL IT TO A FRIEND SO THEY CAN ENTER?
No. Screenshots of a ticket or pictures of the barcode will not be valid for entry.
 
CAN I HAVE MULTIPLE TICKETS ON A SINGLE SMARTPHONE?
Yes, you can swipe through your available tickets (using your digital/smartphone wallet) at the venue if the entire party is present. For easier entry, it is recommended to send each individual their own ticket.
 
 
WHAT IF I DON’T HAVE A SMARTPHONE, OR MY BATTERY DIED, OR SOMETHING ELSE HAPPENED ON EVENT DAY?
1. If someone in your party has a smartphone, before heading to the venue you can transfer your tickets to them via GoEags.com. One smartphone can be used to scan multiple tickets so you can get in.

3. On event days, tickets can be printed at the venue for a small fee.
