HS: Graduated from West Seattle HS in 2010.Selected to play in the 4A/3A East-West All-State Game. Was theMetro League Sound Division Offensive Player of the Year as heearned all-league honors at four different positions. He was afirst team All-Metro League Sound Division selection as a widereceiver, and second team as an outside linebacker, punter andkicker. He caught 18 passes for 438 yards and five touchdowns as asenior. He helped lead West Seattle to a 6-4 record and a share ofthe Metro League Sound Division regular season title. As a junior,he helped West Seattle win their first eight games before losing inthe playoffs. As a junior, Adams earned second team All-MetroLeague Sound Division honors as a kicker. As a senior in track andfield, he won the State 3A title in the 100 meters (11.19), wassecond in the 200 (22.06), fourth in the 300 hurdles (39.25) andran the anchor leg on the winning 4x100 relay team (42.50). Hisperformances helped West Seattle finish second in team points with53, finishing just two points behind champion North Central. He wonthe State 3A title in the 200 meters (21.47) as a junior and wassecond in the 100 (10.89). As a sophomore, he was fifth in the 200(22.44). He had an undefeated freshman season in the 200 by winningthe State 3A state title in 22.16, the second-fastest time by afreshman in state history. He also took sixth at state in the 100(11.25), with his preliminary time of 10.95 also the second fastestin state history for a freshman. His career-best individual markswere 10.82 in the 100, 21.47 in the 200, 39.25 in the 300 hurdles,52.72 in the 400 and 19-0 in the long jump. West Seattle finishedfifth in the State his junior season and third his sophomoreyear.
