Biography

2010: Listed as the team’s fullback and areserve tight end on EWU’s preseason depth chart.

2009: Began the year as an offensive linemanbut ended up being the team’s regular fullback. In thespring, he was selected as Eastern’s co-most improvedoffensive Player.

2008: Played sparingly as a non-lettering squadmember on the defensive line.

2007: Redshirted.

HS: Graduated from Curtis HS in 2007. Earnedsecond team 4A All-State honors as a defensive lineman fromWashingtonPreps.com. He was also named by the SeattleTimes as a “White Chip” selection as one of thetop 100 prospects in the state of Washington. He was selected asthe South Puget Sound League 4A South Division Defensive Lineman ofthe Year. Curtis finished 8-3 and advanced to the State 4A Playoffswhere it lost to Edmonds-Woodway 41-38 in the first round. HisEagle teammate Jared Hansen (’10) also attended Curtis, asdid Eastern head coach Beau Baldwin (’90), offensivecoordinator/offensive line coach Aaron Best (’96) anddefensive backs coach Torey Hunter (’90).
