Best on Macaluso: "Vincent is a late bloomer in football. His first love was baseball, which then morphed into the game of football. His athleticism and length will allow him to make plays that will separate him on the field. Through talking with Vincent, we can tell he is eager to get here and we are excited to have him come on board as an Eagle."
