Box Score POCATELLO, Idaho-- The Eastern Washington University women's tennis team competed against Big Sky Conference opponent, Idaho State today (March 2) on the road to a victory of 5-2. After today's victory over the Bengals, the Eagles sit at a 5-4 overall record and an undefeated 3-0 record in Big Sky play.
"I'm really proud of the gritty tennis we displayed as a team today," said head coach
Dustin Hinson. "It took every player's best effort to come out on top in a really back and forth match. We didn't shy away from what we do well and we stayed aggressive, which ultimately allowed us to come out on top. I'm very pleased that we stayed positive and showed that we were willing to do what it takes to be our best on the court."
