RESULTS

BOULDER CITY, Nev. – The Eastern Washington University women's golf team completed the Jackrabbit Invitational today (March 9) in seventh place after shooting 970 strokes in three rounds at the Boulder Creek Golf Club. The Eagles shot 651 (321, 330) strokes on the first day of two 18-hole rounds and finished the third round shooting 319 strokes.

"Jaelin Ishikawa played great today, and I was impressed with how Alexa Clark improved from yesterday. We had tough weather conditions again today and some of the ladies had a tough time managing the wind," said head coach Brenda Howe. "We have another event this week, so I am expecting some improvement when we head up to the Lady Thunderbird Invite in St. George, Utah."

South Dakota State took home the title after shooting 897 strokes.
