Eastern Washington Track and Field opened its first competition of 2023 at the Spokane Indoor Challenge today (Jan. 13). The competition was held at The Podium in Spokane.
Alex Bishop earned fourth in the men's high jump after clearing the bar at 6-6Â 1/4.
Alax Grimes posted a 57-10 1/4 throw on his third attempt to place fourth in the men's weight throw.
Right behind Grimes was
Bradley Fillis, who recorded a 53-08 1/4 in his initial attempt to place fifth.
The Indoor Challenge continues in Spokane tomorrow with the men's 3000m at 9:15 a.m. Pacific Time and the women's weight throw at 10 a.m.
