"Tale of two teams," said Director of Track & Field/Cross Country Erin Tucker. "We definitely stayed more focused, composed, and ran tougher today! I like how we ended the season — we learned more about ourselves and we will be better for indoor. This group has been at it since August; now they get some rest, they can recharge, and get ready for indoor season. Coach K has some good pieces to work with and I am excited to see this group scoring points for us at the indoor conference meet! Indoor track, here we come! Go Eags!"
On the men's side,
Conner Wirth led the Eagles with a 97th-place finish in 31:19.2. He was followed by
Owen Higgins in 128th (31:58.8), then
Lucas Spurling in 145th,
Grady Fournier in 155th, and
Charlie Ledwith in 169th.
In the women's race,
