Park shoots well, Eagles complete UC San Diego Invite

Eastern Washington competed for three days at Torrey Pines

LA JOLLA, Calif. Eastern Washington Eagles men's golf traveled to La Jolla to compete in the UC San Diego Invitational at Torrey Pines Golf Course. The Eagles finished in a tie for 15th after a three-round total of 879 (+39), posting strong individual performances across the week.

Hogan Park led the Eagles with a standout final round of 69, finishing the tournament at 216 (E) for 54 holes. He tied for 25th on the individual leaderboard. Park's low round helped anchor the team's overall score and provide momentum.


Cal Anderson posted a 71 in round two and finished at 223 (+7) for the tournament. Anderson tied for 63rd among the field.


Lucas Hughes shot a 72 (E) in round three to finish at +10 (226) and tie for 75th overall. 


Loyola Marymount won the UC San Diego Invite, shooting -18 for the week. The Lions' Nateeshvar Anatha Ganesh claimed the individual title at -13 (203).
