EWU Athletics and Eide Bailly launched the second iteration of the Small Business Game Changer this fall, and have selected Youthful Horizons as this season's winner. The campaign encouraged Spokane area residents to nominate small businesses to win a marketing partnership valued at $10,000. The winter 2021 campaign awarded Cheney Owl Pharmacy a similar campaign to partner with EWU Athletics in the 2021-2022 season.
Â
"We partnered with EWU because of how active the university is in our business community and the connections their alumni have with small businesses in the Spokane area," said Scott LaPlant, the Audit Partner at Eide Bailly.
Â
Eide Bailly said the Small Business Game Changer promotion allows Eide Bailly to contribute and support small businesses throughout their connection in the community and among the EWU fans.Â
Â
"We were impressed with all the applicants and happy to select Youthful Horizons as this season's winner," added LaPlant. "Youthful Horizons showed us that this award would not only help their organization promote their business, but is also paying it forward and sharing their recognition with a local charity."Â Â
Â
"The marketing grant will enhance Youthful Horizons Therapy's ability to promote itself as a leader in the community for both pediatric, orthopedic and sports therapy, helping us to make the community aware of all the specialty and unique programs available under our roof for their family's health care needs," added David Owan, the owner and physical therapist at Youthful Horizons.

EWU Athletics corporate sponsorships are managed by Eagles Sports Properties, a LEARFIELD property. LEARFIELD is the nation's leading multimedia rightsholder in college sports building relationships between college athletics and businesses throughout their regions.
