CHENEY, Wash. — Home game times for the Eastern Washington University football team's 2023 season have been announced, with three 1 p.m. kickoffs, one 4 p.m. and one that remains to be determined.
The Eagles will play five home regular season games at Roos Field this season, beginning with a 1 p.m. start in the home opener against Southeastern Louisiana on Sept. 16. They'll also start at 1 p.m. on Sept. 30 when they host the Idaho Vandals.
Game time will push back to 4 p.m. for the Oct. 21 contest against Weber State as post-game fireworks are expected as part of EWU's 100th Homecoming Weekend.
Kickoff will return to 1 p.m. for the Hometown Heroes game on Nov. 4 against Cal Poly. Official start time for Senior Day on Nov. 18 against Northern Arizona will be announced at a later date.

A few of Eastern's road game times have been confirmed as well. The season opener against North Dakota State at U.S. Bank Stadium in Minneapolis, Minn. will start at 2:30 p.m. CT (12:30 p.m. PT). Their game at Idaho State on Oct. 14 will start at 4 p.m. MT (3 p.m. PT), at Portland State on Oct. 28 is scheduled for 1 p.m. PT and their final road game at Montana State on Nov. 11 will begin at 1 p.m. MT (12 p.m. PT). Game times a Fresno State (Sept. 9) and at UC Davis (Sept. 23) have yet to be announced.

All of Eastern's home and Big Sky Conference contests will air on ESPN+ for the second-straight season, with home games also available regionally on SWX.
All EWU games are broadcast on the radio on 700-AM ESPN & 103.5 FM in Spokane/Cheney with Larry Weir and Paul Sorenson on the call. Weir returns for his 33rd season as the Voice of the Eagles while Sorenson begins his 21st.
