POCATELLO, Idaho — Eastern Washington men's tennis dropped its second-to-last match of the season to Idaho State this morning. The Bengals won a 6-1 decision against the Eagles, sweeping the singles round. EWU is now 0-7 in the Big Sky and 0-16 overall.

Eastern took the lead early in the match with a 2-1 win in the doubles round. Caden Kammerer and Tyler Waddock won their match 6-4, with Brady Thomas and Arshjot Bhatti winning 7-5 to give the Eagles a 1-0 advantage. 

ISU would surge in the singles round, winning all six matches to secure the match win. 

At No. 3, Drew Dillon fought until the last point in the tiebreaker, narrowly falling. 11-9.
