Griz top Eagles in final road match

Eastern Washington concluded its road slate for 2024-25

MISSOULA, Mont. - Eastern Washington men's tennis finished its road schedule for the regular season on Saturday morning against Montana. The Grizzlies defeated Eastern, 7-0, sweeping all singles and doubles matches. EWU dropped to 1-6 in conference and 4-17 overall. 

Tyler Dalos battled at the No. 2 singles spot against Baltaz Wiger-Nordas, dropping a close first set, 7-5. The second set went 6-3 in favor of Wiger-Nordas. 

Tyler Waddock faced Tom Bittner at No. 1, dropping the match in two sets (6-3, 6-4).

Waddock and Dalos played at the No. 1 doubles spot against Wiger-Nordas and Fernando Perez. The two Grizzlies won the match, 6-4, over Waddock and Dalos.
