CHENEY, Wash.  — In preparation for the 2025 season, Eastern Washington football's first scrimmage of fall camp will be held at the ONE Spokane Stadium on August 14, with a 6 p.m. kickoff time.

Gates at ONE Spokane Stadium open at 5 p.m and the scrimmage is free and open to the public. The scrimmage will be the Eagles' 14th practice of fall camp.

In recognition of Spokane County's team holding their first event in downtown Spokane, the first 509 fans through the gates will receive a free hot dog.

The EWU Cheer Team, Swoop, and more Eastern partners will be on the stadium's main concourse throughout the event. Fans attending the scrimmage also will have the opportunity to receive exclusive Eastern athletics ticket offers.

Following the scrimmage, football student athletes will be available for autographs and pictures.

Eastern volleyball's student-athletes will be attending the scrimmage and signing autographs pregame.

Eastern Washington's 2025 season opens on Aug. 30 with a road trip to face No. 5 Incarnate Word in San Antonio, Texas and a 4 p.m. Pacific Time kickoff. The home opener has EWU facing Western Illinois on Sep. 20 and kickoff at 4 p.m.
