CHENEY, Wash.-- The Eastern Washington University men's tennis team heads out for a two match road trip to Southern Utah (April 6) and Northern Arizona (April 7). "Grit is sustained passion and perseverance and not abandoning tasks in the face of obstacles or for changeability," said head coach Steve Clark. "We are back on the courts in our deliberate practice and look forward to getting back at it in competition. Special kudos go to out upper classmen
Jeremy Field and
Mikayel Khachatryan, who battled fiercely over the last week with six three-set matches. Though they would have liked to have won them all, their resolve spoke loudly even to opposition team fans. Game on."
