CHENEY, Wash. – The Eastern Washington University men's tennis squad hosts Whitworth this Saturday (Feb. 1) at the Jim Thorpe Fieldhouse at 11 a.m. Pacific time. The Eagles are currently 0-2 overall and have an 0-1 Big Sky Conference record following a 5-2 deficit at Sacramento State last Friday.

"The team has been training well and getting prepared for the weekend. We are excited to host Whitworth at home," said head coach Jared Burnham. "I look forward to building on what we have been working on in training."

The Eagles opened the 2020 season facing Oregon on the road but returned home defeated 7-0 earlier this month. Eastern returned to play last week to face Sac State after postponing its match against Seattle University the week prior.
