SPOKANE, Wash. – The Eastern Washington University men's tennis squad began its 2021 spring season on the road as they traveled to take on the Gonzaga Bulldogs this evening (Jan. 23) and came home with a tough 7-0 defeat at the Stevens Center in Spokane, Wash. The Eagles move to an overall series record of 36-32 versus GU and sit 0-1 to begin the new season.
"I thought we competed well but we have some work to do," said head coach
Jared Burnham. "We definitely need to look at doubles and do better there."
