Missoula, Mont. – The Eastern Washington University men's tennis squad started its 2022 spring campaign today on the road as they traveled to take on Montana and fell short 7-0 at the PEAK Racquet Club in Missoula, Mont. The Eagles look to face Air Force tomorrow (Jan. 15) in Missoula, Mont., beginning at 11:00 a.m. Pacific time before returning home for Big Sky Conference play.

Jeremy Mueller teamed up with freshman
Steven Paz to find success in the No. 2 doubles position but were edged after a close 7-5 battle. Mueller also found success in a 6-2 victory over Oisin Shaffrey (Mont) in the No. 2 singles spot in round two, but ultimately fell short in the tie breaker.
