Eastern Washington University Track & Field continues their 2022-23 indoor season this weekend with the Lauren McCluskey Memorial Open in Moscow, Idaho. The meet, held in the Kibbie Dome at the University of Idaho, begins on Friday, Jan. 20 and ends on Saturday, Jan. 21.
Since 2019, the annual meet has honored the legacy of Lauren McCluskey, a former student-athlete at the University of Utah who grew up in Pullman, Wash. and trained extensively in the Kibbie Dome during her youth. She tragically lost her life in 2018. A dedication ceremony for the Lauren McCluskey Indoor Track will take place at 3 p.m. on Friday.
