Ā

Ā
"Daniel ran an outstanding 400 meter today. His win was a PR and a breakthrough for that race at the NCAA D1 level."
Ā
"Joe also raced well, and he will be another exciting one to watch as championships approach."
Ā
"I liked how our team responded to difficult conditions. No doubt we still have work to do, but the signs of greatness are apparent."

Comments from Women's Head CoachĀ Marcia Mecklenburg
Ā
"The one through five sweep in the vault was fun to see. I was even more pleased that they were able to do that on such a breezy day."
Ā
"Morgan Pitzman continues to run well in the 3,000 steeple, and she got a second-place finish today. Emmy Engle's second-place finish in the javelin and Vernice Keyes'Ā second-place finish in the hammer were also highlights."
Ā
"Overall I was pleased with how the team performed. You never know what's going to happen with the weather, and it could be a similar situation when we go to Weber State for the Big Sky Championships. We competed well in the poor conditions so if that happens again, we are ready."
